If you live in a state with a CLOSED primary– that is, you must have a party affiliation to vote in a primary– you can change your party affiliation with the same form! There should be a box asking if you’re changing your information. Bernie is running for the Democratic presidential nomination, so be sure to tick that box if you’re looking to vote for him in the primaries.
Also, if you need more information (like registration deadlines, primary dates, etc.) check out the rest of RockTheVote.org. It’s a really great resource.
