As a progressive living in North Carolina, I can pretty much guarantee that none of these bills will be taken up in the GA’s house. Because Republicans.

Which is a shame because this guy schooled the Senate’s GOP on how to do things. His copy of the state’s budget arrived in his office the day it was put up for a vote and he slammed his colleagues, saying the people expect better. If only we all had a Jeff Jackson representing us.
